基于“互联网+”工程创新型人才校企合作企业实习环节新模式探讨

摘要
文章针对目前高校校企合作企业实习存在的诸多问题,通过问卷调查研究和访谈,剖析和借鉴国外企业实习成功经验,结合工程创新型人才的需求进行企业实习新模式探讨。为进一步提高大学生工程创新能力,积极寻求与企业合作的最佳模式,提出了通过建立校企合作信息交互平台,方便企业实时提供岗位需求信息和学生自主选择岗位;设计企业实习在线交流反馈APP,使企业、学校、学生三方实现实时交流;通过企业在校开设企业选修课和在线共享企业培训课程的形式,为学生做足实习前的知识储备。上述3种校企合作新思路,可促进校企合作的不断深化和双赢。
In this paper, aiming at many problems are existed in enterprise practice of university-enterprise cooperation nowadays, through the study of the questionnaire investigation, interviews, and analysis of the foreign successful practice experience, the new models are discussed with the demand of engineering innovative talents. By establishing the information platform of cooperation between colleges and enterprises can promote enterprise to provide information of internships and the student to choose their internship freely. Building up an internship APP online communication feedback software make enterprises, schools, students tripartite to realize real-time communication. Through open enterprise training course in the school and online sharing courses, students can reserve knowledge before their internships. In order to improve university students' employment and innovation ability, seek the best mode of cooperation with enterprises, three new factors are puts forward which can promote the deepening of university-enterprise cooperation.
