摘要
提出了利用人机界面软件的在线模拟功能对外部控制对象进行模拟的方案,对传统的PLC理论课程教学进行了改进。以交通灯控制系统为例,介绍了设备及软件的选择、通信的设置以及人机界面画面的组态。实践证明,取得了令人满意的教学效果。
The method of simulating the external control objects by using the online simulation function of human machine interface software is put forward, the teaching of traditional PLC theory is improved. Taking the traffic light control system as an example, the selection of equipment and software, the setting of communication and the configuration of human machine interface picture are introduced. Practice has proved that satisfactory teaching effect is achieved.
