摘要
介绍毛细管流变仪的现状;从维持生产稳定、指导产品开发和模拟喷丝过程3方面阐述流变仪在生产研发过程中的运用;以生产试验为依据,根据流变仪在线检测的数据,分别对非牛顿指数、贝格莱校正和流动曲线进行分析。结果表明,在线流变仪非牛顿指数检测结果与采用平板、锥板流变仪得到结果接近,流动曲线检测结果与聚合物流变行为完全一致。对模拟纺丝、调节生产稳定、指导生产硬件研究与开发有着重要的指导意义。
The current status of capillary rheometer is introduced. The application of rheometer in the process of production and R & D is described from three aspects of maintaining production stability, guiding product development and simulating spinning process. Based on the production test and on-line measurement by rheometer Data,respectively, non-Newtonian index. Begley correction and flow curve analysis. The results show that the results of on-line rheometer non-Newtonian index are close to that of flat plate and cone-plate rheometer, and the results of flow curve are in good agreement with the rheological behavior of polymer. The simulation of spinning, regulating the production stability, guide the production of hardware research and development has an important guiding significance.
