摘要
根据南京市2014年轻型汽油车简易稳态工况法(ASM)检测数据,分析了车辆在使用了2,4和6 a后各污染物的排放水平及合格率情况,结果表明实施6 a尾气免检政策后,每年约有6‰~9‰的汽车排放超标却无需治理,约占所有超标车的10%左右,因此建议采取其他必要的辅助监管措施;对于机动车排放监管的未来发展,提出了3种方向(路检路查、尾气遥测、OBD在线监控),并分析了各自的利与弊。
According to the ASM detection data of the light-duty gasoline vehicle of Nanjing in 2014, the emission level and the detection rate after the vehicles used for 2 years,4 years and 6 years were analyzed. The results show that, after the 6 years exemption policy was implemented, about 6‰ ~ 9‰ high emission vehicles are exempted without detection and maintenance,accounting for 10% of the total vehicles that don't passed detection. Therefore,it is suggested that some supplementary approach must be applied. To the future of the vehicle emission control, 3 methods were provided(road detection、remote emission sensing、OBD on-line monitoring),and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed separately.
