摘要
结合两种不同塑件注塑成型中生产数量大、工期短、模具制造成本低的要求,设计了一种1模12腔双层叠层注塑模具。模腔的布局设计时,单层采用2个大产品+4个小产品的家族模混合布局方式实现了塑件12腔同步注塑的目的。针对不同类型的塑件,采用相对应的独立流道进行浇注,初级流道采用热流道嘴进行延伸,次级流道采用冷流道,浇口采用潜伏式冷浇口进行浇注。叠层模架由两副标准模架改装组合而成。针对塑件的脱模需要采用三种脱模机构来实现,分别为型腔顶出板机构、锁紧块T型槽驱动滑块侧抽芯机构、顶针机构。为实现双侧型腔的同步打开,设置了一种双齿条驱动的上、下模同步开启驱动组件。模具结构及机构设计合理,动作可靠,能实现不同塑件的同模多腔注塑,具有较好的工程设计参考价值。
        Combined with the requirements of large production quantity,short construction period and low cost of mold manufacturing for two kinds of different plastic parts,a two-layer laminated injection mold with one module and 12 cavities was designed. When the cavity was distributed,the single layer adopted the family mold mixed with layout of 2 large products and 4 small products. For different types of plastic parts,the corresponding independent runner was used for pouring. The primary channel was extended by hot runner nozzle,the secondary channel was extended by cold runner and the gate was extended by latent cold runner.The laminated formwork was composed of two standard formworks. Three kinds of demoulding mechanisms were needed to realize the demoulding of the plastic parts,which were the ejection plate mechanism of the mold cavity,the side core-pulling mechanism of the sliding block driven by the t-groove of the lock block and the thimble mechanism, respectively. In order to realize the synchronous opening of two-sided cavity, a double-rack-driven up-down mode synchronous opening drive component was set up. The mold structure and mechanism design was reasonable and the movement was reliable. It could realize the same mold multi-cavity injection of different plastic parts,had the better engineering design reference value.
