摘要
成都市人民南路地下人行通道工程具有地质构造复杂、覆土厚度浅、市政管线多净间距小、且跨越已有地铁运营线路等特点,故工程施工难度较大。为有效控制顶掘姿态,保障工程安全,本文着重分析了矩形盾构顶掘机的姿态控制中的重难点,并详细分析了其中的顶推油缸控制、铰接油缸控制、刀盘控制、注浆控制、双螺旋机出土控制等关键技术,并对矩形盾构顶掘机姿态控制的各注意事项进行分析。实践表明,通过以上控制技术,可以有效控制矩形盾构顶掘机姿态。
        The tunnel crossing underneath South People's Road in Chengdu has such features, complex geologic structure, shallow cover, crossing the operating subway lines, many municipal pipelines and small spacing between the tunnel tubes; therefore there were great difficulties in engineering construction. For the effective control of the top digging attitude and the safety of project, the engineering issues of attitude control technology for rectangular shield-jacking machine were analyzed emphatically, and the key technologies of pushing system, control of articulation cylinder, control of cutter shield, grouting control and excavation control of double screw machine were comprehensively studied. The practice shows that the countermeasures taken were effective for the attitude control technology for rectangular shield-jacking machine.
