摘要
当前地勘单位企业化改革中,存在缺乏统筹设计、地勘单位主动探索不足、自身基础薄弱、历史遗留问题多、人才结构不利于后续发展、内部管理问题突出、地勘文化与现代企业文化的矛盾等一些关键性问题。文章在对这些问题分析的基础上,提出进一步推进地勘单位在企业化改革的相关建议:一是完善顶层设计;二是增强改革的动力;三是加强资源整合;四是建立现代企业制度;五是推进用人机制改革;六是培育特色企业文化。
This paper first analyses the crucial problems that geological prospecting units face in enterprise-oriented reform. These include: lack of overall design and the initiative exploration, weak foundation, many problems left over from history, talent structure against follow-up development, serious internal management problems, as well as the contradiction between geological prospecting culture and modern enterprise culture. For these problems, improvements should be made to top-level design, to increase the impetus for reform, to strengthen the integration of the resources, to build modern enterprises system, to promote reform of the personnel system, and to cultivate characteristic enterprise culture.
