摘要
以欧宝迪的蓖麻油衍生物──Albodur 921聚酯多元醇、3A分子筛、助剂、颜填料等为A组分,Huntsman 2496粗MDI(聚合二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)作为B组分,合成了一种耐酸碱的无溶剂双组分聚氨酯自流平地坪涂料。讨论了脱水剂、温度、─NCO/─OH摩尔比、催化剂等因素对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,该涂料具有较优的物理化学性能,尤其是具有优良的耐酸碱性能,在低温固化场所,以及对柔韧性与耐冲击性有较高要求的场所有很好的应用前景。
A solvent-free acid and alkali-resistant two-component polyurethane floor coating was prepared with Alberdingk Boley's Albodur 921 castor oil-derived polyester polyol, 3 A molecular sieve, additives, pigment and filler as the component A, and Huntsman 2496 crude MDI [poly(4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate)] as the component B. The effects of dehydrating agent, temperature, ─NCO/─OH molar ratio, and catalyst on coating properties were discussed. The results showed that the polyurethane floor coating has excellent physical and chemical properties, especially good acid and alkali resistance. It has a good application prospect when low-temperature curing or strong flexibility and impact strength are required.
