摘要
在大庆钻探工程公司吉林探区事业部成品园林绿地中设计安装自动喷灌系统。系统由ESP4M模块控制器基础型4站(Rain Bird IESP4MCHI)外加3站模块组合控制,交流电磁阀6个,分6个区域进行控制,供水水泵为200QJ32-78单吸式潜水泵(380 V,扬程65 m),三级管道网分别为PE90 mm、PE63 mm和PE32 mm,32 mm管线铺设间距20 m,PE63管道设计水流速为2.44 m·s~(-1)、流量为30 L·s~(-1)、坡降为1.2%,采用雨鸟(Rain Bird 5004PC)地埋式升降360°旋转喷头,有效喷洒半径15.2 m,正三角形布置,间距20 m。
        The automatic sprinkler irrigation system was designed and installed in finished product landscape architecture greenbelt of Jilin exploratory area business division of Daqing drilling engineering company. The system was controlled by the 4th station ESP4 M module controller basis 4 station( Rain Bird IESP4MCHI) and 3th station module combination.There were 6 alternating current magnetic valves. It was classified with 6 areas to control. The water supply pump was200QJ32- 78 single suction immersible pump( 380 V,lift 65 m). The three- level piping manifold was PE90 mm、PE63mm and PE32 mm. The pipe installation separation distance of 32 mm was 20 m. The flow velocity,quantity of flow,slope of PE63 pipeline was designed as 2. 44 m·s~(-1),30 L·s~(-1),1. 2% by using Rain Bird 5004 PC underground rise and fall360° rotation sprayer. The effective spraying radius was 15. 2 m. It was arranged as regular triangle and 20 m regular triangle.
