摘要
山核桃具有极高的营养价值,纯天然,无污染,是林区重要资源植物之一。山核桃和普通核桃在产区分布、个头大小和保健功效方面都有明显区别。山核桃中含有蛋白质、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、维生素A、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、叶酸、烟酸、钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌、硒、铜、锰、碘和多种氨基酸等营养成分,还含有胡桃醌、亚油酸、亚麻酸、无机盐、丙酮酸等对人体有益的活性成分。山核桃具有健脑、抗菌、抗氧化、预防心脑血管疾病、抗癌、抗肿瘤、镇痛、美容、排石、延缓衰老等保健作用。
Carya cathayensis is one of the most important resource plants in forest area because of its high nutritional value,pure nature and pollution-free. Carya cathayensis and common walnut have obvious differences in the area distribution,size and health effects. Carya contains protein,carbohydrate,dietary fiber,vitamin A,vitamin E,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin B6,folic acid,nicotinic acid,calcium,phosphorus,potassium,magnesium,iron,zinc,selenium,copper,manganese,iodine and a variety of amino acids. It also contains juglone,linoleic acid,inorganic salts,pyruvate and other beneficial active ingredients for human body. Carya cathayensis has the functions of brainstrengthening,anti-bacterial,anti-oxidation,prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,anti-cancer,analgesia,cosmetology,lithotripsy and delaying aging.
