摘要

随着我国社会经济发展,国民生活水平提高,城乡一体化建设进程不断加快,在这一背景下,人们对房建工程项目的要求也不断提高,房建工程监理工作受到社会的重视,其一定程度上为房建工程质量监督以及进度控制提供了管理途径,但当下我国房建工程监理中仍存在一定的问题。本文主要阐述了房建工程现状以及监理工作的重要作用,并探析了房建工程监理中存在的问题,最终提出了解决对策。
        With the development of China's social economy and improvement of people's living standards,the process of urban-rural integration construction in China has been accelerating.Under this background,people's requirements for housing construction projects have been continuously improved.The supervision of housing construction projects has attracted more and more attention of the society.It provides management methods for the quality supervision and progress control of housing construction projects to a certain extent,but there are still certain problemsthe in supervision of China's housing construction projects.This paper mainly expounds the status quo of housing construction and the important role of supervision work,and analyzes the problems existing in the supervision of housing construction projects,and finally puts forward the solutions to the problems.
