摘要
岩溶地区地基稳定性是工程建设中关键性问题,依托中石油云南1 000万t/a炼油项目,对场地岩溶分布特征和充填物特性进行了详细分析与总结。结合场地岩溶洞隙发育规律和特征,将岩溶洞隙按跨度和顶板厚度进行分类,从中选取15个具有代表性溶洞建立天然基础和桩基础2种工况的三维有限差分模型,分析不同级别荷载作用下岩溶地基稳定性。研究结论:拟建场地岩溶发育最大特征是层状或垂直串珠状分布,该岩溶发育特征是一种持久性潜伏岩溶地质灾害,对工程建设具有较大的潜在隐患;半定量公式计算揭示场地岩溶地基对工程建设存在较大危害,其中板梁模型与其他5种方法差异较大;岩溶地基三维数值模拟结果可为工程建设提供重要依据。结论以期为类似工程地质条件地基处理提供借鉴与参考。
        Stability of karst foundation is a key problem for engineering construction. Based on the karst foundation treatment of PetroChina 10 million t/a oil processing project in Yunnan Province,distributing character of the karst and feature of filling materials are analyzed and summarized in detail. Combined with development rules and character of the karst caves,the karst caves are classified according to cave span and roof thickness. Fifteen typical karst caves are chosen and three-dimensional finite difference models of those caves under two conditions of natural foundation and pile foundation are built. Stability of the karst foundation under different load conditions is analyzed. Some conclusions are drawn. Firstly,the apparent character of karst development in this proposed site is layered or vertical beaded type. The karst development under that character is one type of persistently potential geological disaster and it is also one large potential risk for engineering construction. Secondly,semi-quantitative formula method reveals that the karst foundation is dangerous to engineering construction. And calculation results of slab-beam model are different from those of other five models.Finally, three-dimensional numerical calculation results of the karst foundation can provide an important basis for this project. The experience and results could be referred in foundation treatment under similar geotechnical condition.
