地形数据更新成果质量评价思考——以1∶50000地形数据为例

摘要
为了确保1∶50000地形数据更新成果的质量,保证国民经济建设和社会发展的科学规划和顺利实施,检查验收与质量评价成为了保证该成果质量的重要手段。本文从全程参与的5省份1∶50000地形数据更新成果外业抽检角度出发,由典型问题引出并探讨1∶50000数据成果生产过程中易出现的问题、原因及解决方案,并从中进行了总结思考。为今后的1∶50000地形数据成果更新生产以及后续的质量问题分析工作提供了一定的思路。
In order to ensure the quality of 1∶50000 topographic update database,ensure the scientific planning of the national economic construction and social development and the smooth implementation,check acceptance and quality evaluation has become an important means to ensure the quality of the topographic update database.This paper from involvement in 5 provinces 1∶50000 terrain data update achievements view of field sampling by the typical problems lead to explore 1∶50000 data and research results which were liable to occur during the production process and solution,of the causes of the problems,and summarizes the thinking.It provides some ideas for the future 1∶50,000 production renewal and subsequent quality problem analysis.
