烟台地区1393例高龄死亡病例出生时间的五运六气分析

摘要
目的:基于中医五运六气理论,研究烟台地区高龄死亡病例出生时间的特点与规律。方法:收集青岛大学医学院烟台毓璜顶附属医院2002年2月至2015年1月的高龄死亡病例(寿命≥80岁)资料1 393例,对其出生时间的岁运、天干、地支、季节、司天之气、主气、客气进行统计分析。结果:高龄死亡病例的出生时间在地支、季节及主气的分布方面,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出生于寅年或秋季或主气为五之气时,寿命较长。结论:烟台地区高龄人口的寿命长短与出生时间的干支运气有一定的相关性。
Objective: Based on five evolutive and six climatic factors theory, study on the regularity of birth time of 1 393 longevity cases in Yantai area. Methods: The 1 393 longevity cases were collected from February 2002 to January 2015 of Yantai Yuhuangding Affiliated Hospital of Medicine college of Qingdao University. Then the differences between Suiyun, Tiangan, Dizhi, seasons, Sitian, Zhuqi, Keqi of the birth time were carried out statistics. Results: In all 1 393 cases, differences between Dizhi, seasons and zhuqi of the death time have statistical significance(P<0.05). Cases born in Yinnian or autum or Five Zhiqi, would lead a longer life-span. Conclusion: Birth time have a certain impact the life-span of longevity cases in Yantai area.
