摘要
为获得适宜水培紫薇扦插苗生长的营养液配方,以3种营养液(改良霍格兰配方、日本园试配方、Knop配方)不同浓度(标准液的1/20倍浓度、1/40倍浓度、1/80倍浓度、1/100倍浓度)配方对紫薇扦插苗进行水培,研究不同配方营养液对紫薇扦插苗生长形态及生理指标的影响。结果表明:营养液处理前期短暂抑制紫薇根系生长,缓苗期过后促进根系生长加快,其中以改良霍格兰配方1/80倍浓度处理效果最为明显,该营养液培养的紫薇扦插苗叶片数较对照(蒸馏水培养)显著增加,且增长速率最快;不定根数先快速增加后增幅变缓,至试验结束不定根数最多;改良霍格兰配方1/80倍浓度培养的紫薇叶片SOD和CAT活性最高,整体上更有利于紫薇扦插苗生长。
        The effects of three different nutrient solutions(improved Hogland formula,Japanese trial formula and Knop formula)with four concentrations(1/20,1/40,1/80 and 1/100 of the standard solution)on growth and physiological indexes of cutting seedlings of hydroponic Lagerstroemia indica were studied to obtain the optimum nutrient solution formula for growth of cutting seedlings of hydroponic L.indica.Result:The nutrient solution treatment briefly inhibits root growth of L.indica cutting seedlings at earlier stage but quickly promote its root growth after recover period.The effect of the improved Hogland formula with 1/80 concentration on growth of cutting seedlings of hydroponic L.indica is most obvious.The leaf number of L.indica cutting seedlings treated with the improved Hogland formula with 1/80 concentration is significantly higher than CK(distiller water)and the growth rate is the fastest.The increase speed of adventitious root number of L.indica cutting seedlings treated with the improved Hogland formula with 1/80 concentration is faster firstly and then slow and the adventitious root number is maximum.The leaf SOD and CAT activity of L.indica cutting seedlings treated with the improved Hogland formula with 1/80 concentration is the highest,which is beneficial to growth of L.indicacutting seedlings overall.
