我国大学生自主创业环境研究——以云南省高校为例

摘要
随着中国高校教育体制的改革和发展,大学生自主创业已成为一种社会趋势,是当今大学生就业的一股"新潮流"。大学毕业生数量逐年急剧增加,就业问题也随之日益凸显。大学生创业之路不仅是高校培养学生素质和文化的现实体现,而且是国家缓解就业压力的重要途径和有效措施,但大学生创业过程和环境充满艰辛与挑战。在学校内部教育环境、外部政策环境的共同作用下,大学生在选择自主创业时将拥有更多的优势和保障。本文以云南省高校为例,以云南省的部分在校大学生和已经毕业的大学生为调查研究对象,结合政府部门相关创新创业政策和当前实际情况,对大学生创业的不足之处,以及如何提高大学生自主创业的积极性提出对策建议。
With the reform and development of China's higher education system, college students' independent entrepreneurship has become a social trend. The number of university graduates has increased dramatically year by year,and the employment problem has become increasingly prominent. College students' entrepreneurship is not only a realistic reflection of the quality and culture of college students, but also an important way and effective measures to alleviate employment pressure. However, the process and environment of College Students' entrepreneurship are full of hardships and challenges. Under the combined effect of internal education environment and external policy environment, college students have more advantages and guarantees when they choose to start their own businesses. Taking college students and graduates in Yunnan Province as the research object, this paper combines the relevant national policies and the current situation, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the initiative of college students to start their own businesses.
