摘要
产教融合是地方本科院校生存发展和服务地方的有效途径,包含宏观层面的教育与产业的融合和微观层面的教育教学活动与生产活动相结合,其关键在于实现学校与企业的"八对接"。地方本科院校通过一系列举措推动和深化产教融合,取得了一定的成绩,但同时也存在诸如学校自身总体实力薄弱、政府统筹作用发挥不到位、所处区域产业和企业发展滞后、地方企业参与动力不足等内外部困境。为此,以应用型人才为利益共同点,构建政府、企业、地方本科院校三者共生共赢的生态圈,在生态圈中,各主体必须扮演好其各自角色,有所作为、为其当为,协同推动产教融合,促进地方区域经济社会更好更快发展。
        The integration of production and education is an effective way for local universities to survive,develop and serve the local areas, including the integration of macro-level education and industry, and the combination of micro-level education teaching and production activities. The key is to realize the "eight docking" between schools and enterprises.Local universities have achieved some achievements through a series of measures to promote and deepen the integration of production and education. However, there are internal and external difficulties, such as weak overall strength of the university, insufficient government coordination,backward development of local industries and enterprises, and insufficient impetus for local enterprises to participate.Therefore, this paper proposes to build an ecosphere in which the government, enterprises and local undergraduate colleges and universities can benefit from the common interests of applied talents. In the ecosphere, each subject must play its own role, do something to promote the integration of production and education, and promote the better and faster development of local regional economy and society.
