地氯雷他定联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效分析

摘要
目的讨论地氯雷他定联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察。方法现随机选取该院2016年12月—2017年5月收治的慢性荨麻疹患者共76例。该院将按照随机数字表法的形式将其分成两组,即为实验组和对照组,每组38例患者。实验组给予患者地氯雷他定、玉屏风颗粒联合治疗方式。对照组给予患者地氯雷他定治疗方式。观察对照组和实验组治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率为97.36%,明显高于对照组的81.57%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地氯雷他定、玉屏风颗粒联合治疗,从综合角度进行治疗,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of desloratadine combined with Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to the hospital from December 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected and were divided it into two groups according to the random number table method, the experimental group and the control group, each group had 38 patients. The experimental group was given a combination of loratadine and Yupingfeng granules. The control group was given a treatment with loratadine. The therapeutic effects of the control group and the experimental group were observed. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 97.36%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.57%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of desloratadine and Yupingfeng granules is a comprehensive treatment, and the treatment effect is remarkable. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
