摘要
紫锥菊Echinacea purpora是一种富含咖啡酸衍生物、烷基酰胺类物质及多糖和糖蛋白等多种活性物质的多年生菊科植物,紫锥菊及其提取物具有显著的免疫调节和促生长作用,在人类医学中应用广泛,在畜牧业和水产养殖中的应用也日益增多。本研究中对紫锥菊的主要活性成分、免疫调节作用与机制,以及紫锥菊在水产养殖业中的应用现状进行了系统的综述,针对紫锥菊在水产养殖应用中存在的问题,提出今后应在紫锥菊所作用的水产动物的多样性、促进生长及调节免疫的具体作用机制,以及使用策略、复合效果、提取工艺等方面加强研究,本研究结果可为紫锥菊在水产养殖上的推广应用提供参考。
        Echinacea purpurea as a perennial plant contains abundant bioactive substances including caffeic acid derivatives, alkamides, polysaccharides and glycoproteins, together with its extracts, has been widely used in human medicine, as well as increasingly in animal husbandry and aquaculture for remarkable role of immune regulation and growth promotion. The main active ingredient, mechanism of immunoregulation and the application actuality of E.purpurea in aquaculture were systematically reviewed in present paper. In view of the problems existing in the application of E.purpurea in aquaculture, it was proposed that further research should be carried out on the diversity of aquatic animals affected by E.purpurea, the specific mechanism of promoting growth and regulating immunity, the use strategies, compound effects and extraction technology on the active ingredients of E.purpurea.
