摘要
本文利用Fluent软件对KZ28AS、BV-620LF低频震源重锤油道进行对比仿真模拟,得出重锤油道内部速度矢量和压力矢量分布情况。根据仿真结果对比分析了两种可控震源重锤油道结构对液压油流的速度矢量分布及压力损失所起的决定性作用,为重锤的使用与性能优化提供依据。
This paper simulates in contrast for KZ28 AS and BV-620 LF low frequency vibrator heavy hammer oil duct by using Fluent software,gets the velocity and stress vector distribution of heavy hammer oil duct inside.According to the results of simulation,this paper analyzes that the two vibrators heavy hammer oil duct structure play a decisive role to the velocity vector distribution and the pressure loss of hydraulic oil flow in contrast,which provides the basis for the use of heavy hammer and performance optimization.
