摘要

在国务院正确领导下,第一次全国污染源普查工作取得显著成果,并在近10年的环境保护工作中发挥重要作用。国务院于2016年10月26日印发了《国务院关于开展第二次全国污染源普查的通知》(国发〔2016〕59号),决定于2017年开展的全国范围内的污染源普查。本文以北林区为例阐述,第二次污染源普查工作中遇到的问题,提出的几点建议。
        Under the correct leadership of the State Council, the first national pollution source survey has achieved remarkable results,and has played an important role in environmental protection in recent 10 years.On October 26,2016,the State Council issued the Circular of the State Council on the Second National Pollution Source Survey(Guofa 〔2016〕 59), which decided to carry out the national pollution source survey in 2017. Taking Beilin District as an example,this paper expounds the problems encountered in the second pollution source survey and puts forward some suggestions.
