摘要
以北京弘善家园和中邮储项目为例,介绍了一种可提高拆除施工效率且对保留结构无扰动的混凝土结构高压射流石英砂水剔凿与拆除方法。此方法特别在后浇带和施工缝处理方面有很大的发展潜力,可以快速地对混凝土结合面进行凿毛,并对预留钢筋除锈,同时,混凝土渣等垃圾亦被清理干净,杜绝了后续浇筑混凝土夹渣问题的发生。
Taking Beijing Hongshan Estate and China Post Storage Project as an example, a high-pressure jet quartz sand water chiseling and demolition method for concrete structure which can improve demolition construction efficiency and cause no disturbance to the retained structure is introduced. This method shows great development potential especially for post-pouring belt and construction joint treatment. It can quickly chisel the concrete joint surface and derust from the reserved steel bars. At the same time, the concrete slag and other garbage are also cleaned up to completely eradicate problem of slag inclusion in subsequent pouring of concrete.
