摘要
可编程序控制器PLC(Programmable Logic Computer)在工业自动化控制领域得到了广泛应用,是工业自动化控制系统的核心部件。它具有很高的可靠性,但由于长时间在各种不良工作环境的现场工作,多种工控器件会互相影响,进而造成各种故障问题,影响工业自动化系统的工作效率。为了分析和排除这些故障问题,介绍了PLC控制系统故障的来源和故障类型,说明PLC故障分析的思路原则,分析PLC故障点并排除PLC控制系统故障,使自动化控制系统保持良好的工作状态。
Programmable PLC has been widely used in the field of industrial automation control and is the core component of industrial automation control systems. It has a high reliability,but due to long-term work in various bad working environments,a variety of industrial control devices will affect each other,resulting in various fault problems and affecting the working efficiency of industrial automation systems. In order to analyze and eliminate these problems,this paper introduces the source and type of failure of PLC control system,explains the principle of PLC fault analysis,analyzes PLC failure point and eliminates PLC control system failure,so that the automatic control system maintains a good working state.
