调经促孕针法治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效观察
摘要
目的 观察调经促孕针法治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法 研究对象选取诊治的卵巢早衰患者60例,采用随机抽样方法分为针刺组和对照组,每组30例。针刺组采用调经促孕针法配合口服芬吗通治疗,对照组单纯使用芬吗通治疗;比较两组患者治疗前后的月经情况、血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平,雌二醇(E_2)水平,并以Kupperman自评量表积分评估患者临床症状改变。结果 针刺组临床总有效率(96.7%)高于对照组(90.0%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组血清FSH下降,E_2水平较前有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),其中针刺组E_2升高较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 调经促孕针法配合西药治疗卵巢早衰可有效缓解临床症状,促进月经周期恢复,并有助于改善血清激素水平。
