美国国家创新生态系统构建特征及对我国的启示

摘要
新时代,创新成为经济发展的核心驱动力。创新的范式也发生了巨大的变化,从传统线性创新范式转向动态交互的国家创新生态系统。美国的创新实践表明,其经济繁荣和世界领导地位得益于其复杂完善的国家创新生态系统。通过分析美国国家创新生态系统的特征,从完善创新制度环境、加大创新资源投入、加强创新主体协同创新等3个方面总结对构建我国创新生态系统的启示,为我国实施新驱动发展战略、贯彻十九大关于加快创新型国家建设部署提供重要参照。
In the new era, the paradigm of innovation has also undergone tremendous changes, been transformed from the traditional linear innovation paradigm to the dynamic interaction of the national innovation ecosystem. American innovation practices indicate that its economic prosperity and world leadership benefit from the complex and sophisticated national innovation ecosystem. By analyzing the characteristics of the US national innovation ecosystem, the enlightenment of building China's innovation ecosystem was summarized based on innovation system environment, innovation resource input and collaborative innovation of innovation subject. This research will provide an important reference for both implements of a new driving development strategy for China and development of an innovative country which was proposed in the 19 th National Congress.
