羊头型输电杆塔的试验及有限元分析

摘要
针对一种新型负保护角羊头型输电杆塔,开展了真型试验和有限元模拟,以验证其可靠性。在10种工况下进行了试验结果和模拟结果的比较,证实了数值模拟结果的可靠性。模态分析和静强度计算的结果表明:该杆塔结构是可靠的。值得注意的是,试验发现60°大风超载达到139%时,塔身主材发生局部屈曲,而稳定性分析的结果表明,在60°大风超载不到110%的情况下,塔身主材已进入失稳临界状态。这一方面说明杆塔结构具有足够的安全储备,另一方面也表明计算结果偏于保守。
        Some full-scale experiments and numerical simulations were performed on a new sheep-head type powertransmission tower to verify its feasibility. By comparison between the experimental and numerical results in the ten working conditions,it was demonstrated that the numerical simulations were reliable. It was shown from the modal and static strength analyses that the tower was feasible. From the tests,when 60-degree wind was up to overload of 139%,local buckling occured in the principal column of tower body. From the simulations,however,it took place before the overload of 110%.This indicated that the tower had a sufficient safety margin and the calculation results were conservative.
