基于均方差权值法的环长株潭城市群土地集约利用水平评价

摘要
依托湖南省统计局最新历年统计数据,结合地方实际,用均方差权值法和多指标综合评价法,对长株潭城市群的近年土地集约利用水平进行综合评价。结果显示,从时间尺度上来看,2009~2013年,环长株潭城市群土地集约利用水平总体呈现稳中略下降的趋势,其中2011年集约利用水平得分最高;从空间分布上来看,长沙、株洲、衡阳和娄底的集约利用水平排名靠前,湘潭、岳阳次之,常德和益阳的集约利用水平较低;从评价的层面来看,在经济效益水平呈现上升趋势的同时,社会效益水平却呈现下降的趋势,生态效益水平略有提高。建议在保障经济水平稳中提升的同时,注意提高社会效益水平,保持和提高生态效益水平,注重和谐均衡发展。
Based on the Hunan Province bureau of statistics latest statistics over the years, according to the local conditions, with variance weight method and multi index comprehensive evaluation method, carry out the comprehensive evaluation on ring of Changsha-ZhuzhouXiangtan urban agglomeration land intensive use level in recent years. The results show that from the point of view of time scales, from 2009 to 2013, land intensive use level of ring of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration showed a stable and a slight decline in the trend, intensive using level scored highest in 2011; from the point of view ofthe spatial distribution, the level of intensive use of Changsha, Zhuzhou, Hengyang and Loudi in top ranking, low level of intensive use in Xiangtan, Yueyang, Changde and Yiyang; from the evaluationlevel, at the time of the level of economic efficiency showed a rising trend, the level of social benefits showed a downward trend, and the level of the ecological benefit improved slightly.The proposal is ensure economic stability in the upgradingtrend and improve the level of social benefits,maintain and improve the level of ecological benefits, pay attention to the harmonious and balanced development at the same time.
