基于比较优势理论福建土地利用资源配置研究

摘要
在快速城市化的背景下,土地的稀缺性和价值性愈发突出,土地集约利用越来越成为城市土地可持续利用的重要手段。以福建省作为研究对象,运用比较优势理论,采用均方差权值法从土地利用效益和土地利用效率两个维度对福建省土地利用资源配置情况进行分析。结果表明,福建省2015年各城市土地利用效益呈现空间差异,东部沿海地区非农利用效益较高,而西部地区农地利用效益更具比较优势,而各城市在土地利用效率上却呈随机性现象,没有明显的空间差异。因此建议在土地资源配置过程中,结合比较优势理论,因地制宜,实现区域整体的利益最大化。
Under the background of rapid urbanization,the scarcity and value of land are becoming more and more prominent,and the intensive use of land is becoming more and more important means of the sustainable use of urban land. In this paper,taking Fujian as the research object,using the comparative advantage theory,using mean variance weight method benefits from land use and land-use efficiency of two dimensions of land resources in Fujian were analyzed using configuration. The results showed that the urban land use efficiency of Fujian Province in 2015 showed spatial differences,the benefit of non agricultural utilization in the eastern coastal areas was higher,and the efficiency of agricultural land utilization in the western region was more advantageous,while the land use efficiency of each city was random,and there was no obvious spatial difference. Therefore,in the process of land resource allocation,combining the theory of comparative advantage and adjusting measures to local conditions,the interests of the whole region can be maximized.
