摘要
通过研究BV30锭型密封保温运输模式,确定了解决BV30热锭传统运输现状存在问题的解决方案,更好地匹配了生产运输工艺,并进行了对比试验。实践证明,BV30热锭保温运输减少了运输中的热损失,提高了均热炉装炉温度,缩短了在炉加热周期,降低了煤气消耗,改善了钢锭轧后表面质量,确保了产品性能。满足产品用户质量要求的同时减少了环境污染。
        Through studying the sealing insulated transportation of BV30 billets, a solution for existing problems in conventional transportation of BV30 hot billets was drawn up,the production transportation process was improved to match the new transportation mode and a comparison test was carried out. Practice has shown that the sealing insulated transportation reduced heat loss during BV30 billet transportation, increased the charge temperature of the soaking pit, shortened heating cycle, lowered gas consumption, improved billet surface quality after rolling, ensured product performance and reduced environment pollution while satisfying product quality requirement of customers.
