摘要
空心莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides)是一种水陆两栖的外来入侵植物,陆生型空心莲子草不定根膨大形成的贮藏根是其越冬、繁殖和扩散的重要基础。研究发现,根系中内源生长素(IAA)在不定根膨大过程中可能发挥了重要的调节作用。本研究利用不同浓度(10、50和100mg·L-1)的外源IAA对盆栽空心莲子草进行叶面喷施处理,探究IAA对于空心莲子草根系生长发育的作用机制。结果表明,外源生长素有利于促进空心莲子草贮藏根的形成,100mg·L-1 IAA处理促进效果最好。其作用机理可能在于IAA影响了空心莲子草根内蔗糖代谢相关酶活性及内源激素含量,促进根内营养物质合成,为根系膨大发育提供充足养分。
        Alternanthera philoxeroides is an amphibious alien invasive plant.The storage root formed by adventitious root expansion of terrestrial alligator weed is an important basis for wintering,reproduction,and spread.Studies have found that endogenous auxin(IAA)in the root system may play an important regulatory role in the process of adventitious root expansion.In this study,different concentrations of exogenous IAA(10,50,and 100 mg·L-1)were used to spray potted alligator weed to explore the mechanism of IAA on root growth and development of alligator weed.The results showed that exogenous IAA was beneficial in promoting the formation of storage roots of alligator weed,and the best effect was observed for 100 mg·L-1 IAA treatment.The possible mechanism of action may be that IAA affects the activity of sucrose metabolism-related enzymes and endogenous hormones in the roots of alligator weed,promotes the synthesis of nutrients in roots,and provides sufficient nutrients for root expansion.
