摘要
近年来海岛开发活动频繁,各省都加大了无居民海岛监测力度,辽宁省无居民海岛数量众多,为全面掌握无居民海岛的开发利用情况,开展了无居民海岛开发利用情况动态监测。监测手段主要借助遥感技术,综合分析解译影像内的海岛动态变化,开发利用情况。整个监测工作力求全面、系统地反映我省无居民海岛的总体开发利用情况。
        In recent years, island development activities have been frequent, and all provinces have stepped up monitoring of uninhabited islands. Liaoning Province has a large number of uninhabited islands. In order to fully grasp the development and utilization of uninhabited islands, dynamic monitoring of the development and utilization of uninhabited islands was carried out, with the monitoring means mainly with the help of remote sensing technology, comprehensive analysis and interpretation of the island dynamic changes in the image, development and utilization. The whole monitoring work strives to comprehensively and systematically reflect the overall development and utilization of uninhabited islands in our province.
