摘要
对火焰切割坡口进行了概述,提出了火焰切割坡口机器人加工中厚板坡口过程中经常出现的几种质量缺陷;针对坡口尺寸偏差质量问题进行了深入分析,结合存在的各种因素分别明确了相应的预防和控制措施,以此来提高坡口加工质量。
The flame cutting groove is summarized, and several quality defects that are often appeared in the process of thick plate groove are presented. In order to improve the quality of groove machining,the quality problem of slope size deviation is analyzed deeply, and the corresponding prevention and control measures are clarified according to the existing factors.
