肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的应对措施

摘要
目的探讨肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症的应对措施。方法选取2018年5月至2018年9月我院门诊接收的50例白细胞减少症患者,所有患者均在放化疗后出现白细胞计数<4.0×10~9/L的情况,将所有患者随机分为两组每组各25例,对照组单纯采用惠尔血治疗,观察组采取中西医结合方法治疗,包括常规惠尔血与中药结合方法,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.0%,明显高于对照组的76.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合方法治疗肿瘤放化疗后白细胞减少症效果确切,效果优于单纯西医方法,能够明显提高患者白细胞水平,缩短用药时间和频次,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective to explore countermeasures of leukopenia of tumors after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods choose 50 cases leukopenia patients received in our hospital from May 2018 to September 2018, all of them had leukocyte count < 4.0×10~9/L after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Divide them into two groups randomly, 25 cases in each group. Control group was treated with rh-G-CSF only, while observation group with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, including routine rh-G-CSF combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Compare curative effect of two groups. Results total effective rate of observation group was 92.0%, significantly higher than control group(76.0%), difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine combination with western medicine has definite effect on leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, with effect superior to western medicine only. It can improve leukocytes level of patients significantly,shorten time and frequency of medication, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application in practice.
