摘要
针对当前低压大用户和低压工商用户的防窃电难的问题,提出了智能用电监控装置的整体设计方案和远程用电监控及用电数据采集、分析方法,设计了低压大用户智能用电监控装置的软件架构、软硬件初始化程序、通信模块程序及监测控制程序,研制了一款集用电监测、远程控制等功能于一体的低压大用户智能用电监控装置,解决了对低压大用户精细化线损分析和远程控制的难题。应用表明,该装置技术先进,使用方便,实用性强,有利于供电企业开展精细化线损管理,打击窃电行为,具有很强的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。
        In view of the current electricity stealing prevention problems of low-voltage large users and low-voltage commercial users,the overall design scheme of intelligent electricity monitoring device and the remote electricity monitoring and data acquisition and analysis method of electricity consumption is put forward in this paper. The software architecture,software and hardware initialization program,communication module program and monitoring control program of low voltage large user intelligent electricity monitoring device are designed,a set of power monitoring,remote control and other functions in one of the low-voltage large-user intelligent power monitoring device is successfully developed,the problem of fine line loss analysis and remote control of large users with low voltage is resolved. The application shows that the device has advanced technology,convenient use and strong practicability,which is good for power supply enterprises to carry out fine line loss management and electricity stealing prevention and has strong practical value and broad application prospect.
