沿海河网地区城市内涝防治实践研究

摘要
基于珠海市白蕉临江生态农业科技城控规,分析了区域现状内涝灾害的成因,研究了内涝防治下的海绵城市规划理念,在保留现状内河涌的基础上,结合用地规划和竖向规划布置规划绿地及7座调蓄湖,构建规划大、小排水系统,制定近期保留旧村的防洪解决方案,提出完善蓝线设计管理及开展泄通道研究建设等内涝防治建议。
Based on the regulatory plan for the Baijiao riverside agricultural and high-tech park of Zhuhai City,the reason for the existing urban flooding is analyzed and the idea of spouge city aiming to find a settlement to the flooding problem is studied.A set of major and minor drainage system for the park is established through the present rivers in the park region,and a plan to solve the flooding problem for the present riverside low village,which is planned to be reserved in the short term is designed.Such measures as improving the blue line management system and carrying out researches on the rainwater channels of extreme rainfall are proposed to help build a better-functioning urban flooding control system.
