摘要
研究了一种车体承重用7xxx系铝合金型材的在线淬火与双级时效工艺。结果表明,淬火方式(风冷与水雾)对合金力学性能影响较小,时效制度对力学性能影响较大;合金力学性能与导电率随二级时效时间增加而提高,提高速率逐渐降低; 105℃×6h+155℃×10h时效可获得优良的综合性能。
In this paper,an on-line quenching and two-stage aging process of aluminum alloy profile for automotive body bearing is studied.The results show that the quenching mode(air cooling and water-fog cooling)has little influence on the mechanical properties;the aging system has great influence on the mechanical properties.The mechanical properties and conductivity of alloy are increased with the increase of two aging time,the rate of increase is decreased gradually;the excellent comprehensive properties can be obtained at 105℃×6h+155℃×10h aging way.
