摘要
系统研究以武钢重矿渣为主要原材料的全重矿渣集料水泥基透水砖的配合比优化设计.实验主要通过分析硅灰、水胶比、空隙率及砂石比这4方面对全重矿渣集料水泥基透水砖性能的影响,进而对透水砖配合比进行优化.结果表明,当硅灰替代率为胶凝材料的5. 0%、水胶比w/c=0. 23、空隙率为13%、砂石体积比为1:1时,全重矿渣集料水泥透水砖各方面性能最佳.
The optimum proportion design of cement-base permeable brick with heavy slag from wisco company was studied. The experiment mainly analyzed the influence of silica fume,water-binder ratio,void ratio and sand-stone ratio on the performance of full-weight slag aggregate cement-based permeable bricks to optimize the permeable bricks. The results show that when the substitution rate of silica fume is 5. 0% of cementitious material,water-binder ratio w/c is 0. 23,void ratio is 13%,and sandstone volume ratio is 1: 1,the full weight slag aggregate cement-based pervious brick enjoys perfect performance in all respects.
