带水清淤与脱水处理施工技术在城市内河治理工程中的应用

摘要
北京市通州区温榆河综合治理工程位于城市内河小中河、温榆河、通惠河、运潮减河、北运河五河交汇口,工程内容为河道淤泥清理。鉴于特殊地理位置和工程重要性,经过对带式压滤机进行研究改进,针对温榆河清淤项目建立环保绞吸船、水力冲挖清淤→输送→加药预处理→带式压滤机压滤→泥饼运输整套处理系统,用于处理河底淤泥,底泥经过处理后大幅度缩减淤泥消纳量,且脱水固化系统占地面积小,拆迁征地少,对周边环境影响小。
        For the purpose of river course training, the Wenyu river improvement project in Tongzhou District of Beijing Municipality is built in the river confluence of five rivers of Xiaozhong, Wenyu, Tonghui, Yunchaojian and Beiyun for river silt cleaning. Considering the special geological position and importance of the project, the band filter press has been upgraded. A complete treatment system composed by environmental-friendly winch ship, hydraulic excavation, transportation, prescription pretreatment, band filter press filter and mud cake transport complete processing system has been created, and used to clean siltation on riverbed. After dredging and treatment, the disposal has been greatly reduced. In addition, because of less space is needed by the dehydration and consolidating system, it has less negative influence to surrounding areas and land acquisition.
