基于装配式木结构的构件标准化率定量计算方法研究

摘要
针对当前影响装配式木结构房屋造价的构件种类太多问题进行系统分析和定量研究,提出将"标准化率"作为装配式建筑设计的构件种类和数量之间关系的约束性优化数据,分析将标准化率作为装配式木结构设计方案优化考核指标体系的作用和影响。针对SketchUp建模软件进行Ruby二次开发工作,编写标准化率计算插件并制订了与之相对应的建模规则。
This paper gave a systematic analysis and quantitative study on the problem that excessive types of components influence the construction cost of assembled wooden structure.Standardization rate was proposed to be used as a restrictive optimization data for the relation between the type and quantity of components during assembled building design. It analyzed the effect and influence of using standardization rate as an evaluation index for optimization of assembled wooden structure design scheme. RubyAPI development was carried out for the SketchUp modeling software, by developing the standardization rate calculation plug-in and establishing related modeling rules.
