城市污泥与水稻秸秆复配为基质对四季青生长的影响

摘要
探讨城市污泥与水稻秸秆复配为基质对四季青种子生长的影响。采用盆栽对照实验,研究不同复配比例的基质对四季青种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。不同复配比例的基质对四季青的生长影响明显,四季青的株高和根长皆随污泥比例的增加呈现出先增后减的趋势。当污泥与秸秆质量比为40%时,四季青在城市污泥与秸秆复配的基质中生长最好,且该比例的基质对四季青的种子萌发与幼苗生长具有促进作用。
The effect of the mixed municipal sludge and rice straw as substrate on seedling growth of Chinese holly is studied. The pot experiment is used to study the effect of substrate with different mass ratio of municipal sludge and straw on the seed germination and seedling growth of Chinese holly. The effects of different combinations of substrates on the growth of Chinese holly are significant. The plant height and root length of Chinese holly show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of sludge ratio. When the sludge ratio is 40%, the growth of Chinese holly is best in the substrate mixed with municipal sludge and straw, the proportion of substrate can promote the seed germination and seedling growth of Chinese holly.
