阿坝州少数民族聚居区县域城镇规模演变研究

摘要
对少数民族地区县域城镇规模演变进行研究,可以较为直观地反映该地区县域城镇经济与社会发展状况,对推动我国少数民族地区城镇化与经济社会良性互动发展具有重要意义。以阿坝州为研究对象,运用城市首位律、一元线性回归分析、位序—规模分布法则对阿坝州地区2000、2005、2010和2014年城镇人口规模演变进行了分析研究,得出以下结论:阿坝州县域经济与城镇人口之间呈明显的线性关系,经济增长对人口的增长具有很大的促进作用,但阿坝州整体经济发展水平较低,经济增长缓慢,因此2000-2014年县域城镇人口规模发展变化不大,首位度低,没有形成明显的中心城镇,州内各县域城镇人口分布较为均衡,城镇规模发展缓慢。根据研究提出以下城镇发展建议:注重首位城镇的经济发展,积极发展产业,吸引外来投资;促进阿坝州非农产业的发展,增加非农产业就业岗位;优化阿坝州小城镇职能定位,培育阿坝州具有特色的小城镇,促进城镇体系规模、空间结构的优化。
It is of great significance to study the evolution of the urban scale in the minority areas, which can reflect the economic and social development of the county towns directly, and promote the development of urbanization and economic society in the minority areas. In this paper, Law of the Primate City, Linear regression analysis and Rank-size distribution are used to study the evolution of the urban population of Aba in 2000, 2005,2010 and 2014. The following conclusions are drawn: There has clear linear relationship between the county economy and the urban population, the economic growth has a great effect on the population growth. However, both the overall economic development level and the economic growth speed of Aba is low.The urban population scale does not increase too much from 2000 to 2014, the Primate degree is low and there has no obvious central town appears. Based on the study in this paper,the following proposals are are put forward on the urban development of Aba: pay attention to the economic development of the primate towns, attract external investment; promote thedevelopment of non-agricultural industries and increase non-agricultural employment; optimize the positioning of small towns in Aba, develop small characteristic towns, optimize the scale of urban systems and the spatial structure.
