摘要
随着现代汽车行业持续稳定地快速发展,汽车制造企业对汽车检测与维修技术专业应用人才的需求也随之逐步提出更高的要求。本文首先阐述了"师徒制"人才培养模式实施评价体系的构建思路与意义;其次阐述了构建"师徒制"人才培养模式实施评价体系的主要方法,主要从学生自我评价、学校评价、企业评价以及社会评价四个方面进行评估;最后叙述了"师徒制"人才培养模式取得的主要成效;从而为更好地推进汽车检测与维修技术专业师徒制人才培养模式奠定了基础。
With the rapid development of modern automobile industry,the demand for business to vehicle inspection and maintenance technology is also put forward higher requirements.Firstly,this paper expounds the idea and significance of constructing the evaluation system for the implementation of the"teacher-apprenticeship"talent training mode,and secondly expounds the main methods of constructing the evaluation system for the implementation of the"teacher-apprenticeship"talent training mode,mainly from four aspects:students' self-evaluation,school evaluation,enterprise evaluation and social evaluation.Finally,it narrates the main achievements of the"teacher-apprenticeship"personnel training mode.Therefore,it lays the foundation for the better promotion of the training mode of the apprenticeship in automobile testing and maintenance technology.
