摘要
教务管理工作的主要对象是学生。本文从成人高等教育学生的特点入手,探讨提升教务管理工作效率的策略。从思想、政策、能力三个方面,提出强化入学教育、健全管理制度、提升学生自我管理能力等途径,提高学生学习主动性,建立自我约束、自我管理机制,促进教务管理工作高效开展和成人教育教学质量的提升。
The main object of teaching affairs management administration is the students.Starting with the characteristics of adult higher education students,this paper discusses the strategies to improve the efficiency of teaching affairs management.From the three aspects of thought,policy and ability,this paper puts forward some ways to improve students' learning initiative,self-restraint and self-motivation by strengthening entrance education,perfecting management system and improving students' self-management ability.All these measures above promote the efficient development of teaching affairs management and the improvement of teaching quality in adult education.
