PDCA循环法提高儿科临床实习教学质量分析

摘要
目的探究分析PDCA循环法提高儿科临床实习的教学质量。方法选2015年01月至2018年12月的儿科临床实习生60名作为此次探究分析的研究对象,将60名实习生分为观察组和对照组。其中对照组的30名实习生采用传统的儿科临床教学模式带教。30名观察组实习生采用PDCA循环模式带教。比较分析两组实习生实习结束后的考核成绩以及学生自我对带教方法模式的评价。结果观察组实习学生的综合考核成绩及平时成绩分析均高于对照组实习生,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生对带教模式的好评率均高于对照组实习生,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法对提高儿科临床实习的教学质量有明显的效果,提高了实习生的实习效率,有效的将学生所学的医学理论知识运用在了临床实习上,是比较有效的儿科临床医学实习教学模式,值得向各大医院推广。
        Objective To explore and analyze PDCA circulation method to improve the teaching quality of pediatric clinical practice. Methods 60 undergraduate pediatric clinical interns in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the object of this study, and 60 interns were divided into observation group and control group. Thirty interns in the control group were taught by the traditional pediatric clinical teaching mode.Thirty interns in the observation group were taught by PDCA cycle mode. The assessment results of two groups of interns after their internship in our college and their self-evaluation of teaching methods were compared and analyzed.Results The results of comprehensive assessment and ordinary performance analysis of the interns in the observation group were higher than those of the interns in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA circulation method has obvious effect on improving the teaching quality of pediatric clinical practice, improving the practice efficiency of interns, and effectively applying the medical theory knowledge learnt by students to clinical practice. It is an effective pediatric clinical practice teaching mode,which is worth popularizing to major hospitals.
