摘要
机械装备体积大、结构复杂、操作步骤多,用户在操作、运输、装配、维修时交互行为复杂且易出错,为解决上述问题,基于FBS与基元模型,通过对人的实际操作行为进行层次形式化描述,提出以用户操作行为特征为导向的概念设计方法。运用基元模型的事元对人机交互行为置换、增删、扩缩、分解、复制,并映射符合使用方式的造型和结构,从而实现了用户操作的合理性。以子午线轮胎成形机主机为例,验证了基于FBS与基元模型的机械装备概念设计的可操作性,该方法为更系统的机械装备人机交互概念设计提供理论参考。
        Mechanical equipment has a large volume, complicate structure and multiple operation steps. The interactive behavior during operation,transportation,assembly,and maintenance were complicated and prone to error. In order to solve these problems above, a user operation behavior oriented design method was proposed through the hierarchical formal description of human actual behavior. The event element of the primitive model were used to replace, revise, expand, decompose,copy humanmachine interaction behaviors,and map the modeling and structure which conformed to the usage mode. Thereby the rationality of user operation was realized. A radial tire building machine was taken as an example to verify operability of mechanical equipment concept design based on FBS model and primitive model. The method provided a theoretical reference for human-machine interaction conceptual design of mechanical equipment more systematically.
