摘要
自噬是一种溶酶体降解过程,对于细胞适应饥饿和代谢至关重要。它通过对过量的蛋白质以及年老的细胞器的分解代谢来维持体内平衡。根据细胞如何将带降解的物质运送到溶酶体内,自噬可分以下三种类型:大自噬(macroautophagy),小自噬(microautophagy)以及分子伴侣介导的自噬(chaperon-mediated autophagy,CMA)。自噬广泛参与生物体的许多生理及病理过程,且自噬发生的分子机制复杂。在此,本文就近年来自噬相关的调控因子作一综述。
