摘要
目的隐孢子虫病是一种重要的世界性人兽共患病,同时也是一种严重的公共卫生问题。为更好地了解中国地区隐孢子虫的分布情况以及各个省份的感染程度。方法利用GIS技术对隐孢子虫病情数据进行可视化展现。结果 GIS技术对中国地区部分宿主(人、牛、猪、鸡)隐孢子虫感染情况的制图研究,能够掌握隐孢子虫时空分布规律,并对其起到防范预警作用。结论中国人源隐孢子虫在江苏、安徽、山东、河南聚集分布;牛源隐孢子虫在安徽、河南、陕西、青海聚集分布;猪源隐孢子虫在安徽、河南、四川聚集分布;鸡源隐孢子虫在浙江、山东、河南聚集分布。
        Cryptosporidiosis is an important worldwide zoonosis and a serious public health problem. In order to better understand the distribution of Cryptosporidium in China and the degree of infection in various provinces, GIS technology was used to visualize the data of Cryptosporidium. With GIS technology, we map the infection of Cryptosporidium in some hosts(human, cattle, pig, chicken) in China to grasp the temporal and spatial distribution of Cryptosporidium and play a preventive and early warning role for Cryptosporidium. In China, human infected with Cryptosporidium was concentrated in Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong, and Henan provinces; cattle infected with Cryptosporidium was concentrated in Anhui, Henan, Shaanxi, and Qinghai provinces; pig infected with Cryptosporidium was concentrated in Anhui, Henan, and Sichuan provinces; chicken infected with Cryptosporidium was concentrated in Zhejiang, Shandong, and Henan provinces.
