摘要

应用不确定度评定理论,对卫生纸中细菌菌落总数测定方法的不确定度进行分析评价,结果合成不确定度为0.0256,机不确定度为0.0534,被测样品细菌菌落总数在83～106之间。建立卫生纸中细菌菌落总数不确定度评定方法,为实验室管理及评价提供科学依据。
        This paper analyzes and evaluates the uncertainty of the determination method of total bacterial colonies in toilet paper by using the uncertainty evaluation theory. The results show that the synthetic uncertainty is 0.0256, the expanded uncertainty is 0.0534, and the total bacterial colonies of the tested samples range from 83 to 106. It establishes a method for evaluating the uncertainty of total bacterial colonies in toilet paper to provide a scientific basis for laboratory management and evaluation.
