基于“故事叙说”取向的大学生生涯咨询模式应用

摘要

随着生涯教育的不断发展,生涯咨询逐渐取代了职业指导。针对我国高校目前生涯咨询存在的问题,采用基于"故事叙说"取向的生涯咨询方案,具体分析其理论基础和操作流程。结果表明:随着后现代纪元的来临,以"故事叙说"取向为代表的生涯咨询方式有效地弥补了传统理论的局限性,逐渐成为时代的主流。
        With the continuous development of career education, " career counseling" has gradually replaced " career guidance". In view of the existing problems of career counseling in Colleges and universities in China,a career counseling scheme based on " story narration" orientation is adopted,and its theoretical basis and operation process are analyzed concretely. The results show that with the advent of the post-modern era,career counseling mode represented by " story narration" orientation effectively compensates for the limitations of traditional theory and gradually becomes the mainstream of the times.
