新时代大学生党员群体“看齐意识”的现状及成因分析

摘要
从严治党背景下高校学生党建面临着新的挑战,形成自觉的"看齐意识"是加强党的建设、培养合格接班人的基础。新时代的大学生党员具有鲜明的时代特征,但也不可避免地存在着实用主义、功利主义、形式主义和重学业轻政治、抗挫能力弱等不足,这些现象受社会因素、教育因素和个体因素的影响与制约,只有充分了解各种因素的作用过程才能为提升大学生党员"看齐意识"的实施路径提供有针对性的设计思路。
Under the background of strict governance of Party, the party building of undergraduates is facing new challenges, and forming an "alignmentawareness"is the basis for strengthening Party building and cultivating qualified successors. College student Party members in the new era have distinct characteristics of the times, but inevitably there are some deficiencies, such as pragmatism, utilitarianism, formalism and attaching more importance to academic work than politics, and weak anti-frustration ability. These phenomena are influenced by social, educational and individual factors. Only a full understanding of the role of the various processes can provide a targeted design approach to improve the implementation of the "alignmentawareness"of college students.
